About us:

Bra Plast i Vittsjö AB is an independent family company that has produced plastic containers and boxes since 1990. We are a high technology company specializing in injection molded products. The production consists mostly of thin wall plastic packaging and plastic containers for the food industry.

Bra Plast’s customers are primarily in the Scandinavian countries, but also in England, Germany, France, Holland, Belgium, Austria, Hungary and Poland. We currently employ about 20 people.

Quality & Environment

Bra Plast quality aspirations are very high. Work on continuous improvement is a cornerstone of our business.  
We work in accordance with ISO 9001:2008.

All products are manufactured in the environmentally friendly thermoplastic polypropylene.

In controlled combustion, our plastic tubs forms only carbon dioxide and water.

We work hard to reduce waste and scrap. All waste material is recycled by accredited recyclers.

Design

This is an area in which we developed ourselves very much in recent years. We offer acomplete solution IML (In-Mold-Labeling), which means that we mold a desired label in the product. We also offer coloration of all plastic containers and lids, you as a customer get many options in how you want your finished product should look.

Flexibility

We can provide packaging that is tailored to your specific needs. Of course, we can help with mechanical handling of the packaging. We have extensive material knowledge and contact with materials experts in Europe.

Short delicery time

One of our greatest strengths is the ability to deliver large quantities at very short notice. The standard design of a plastic container is always in stock to be delivered. Our goal is to satisfy customer needs as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Cookie jars, confectionery jars, packaging to nails and screws, packaging to animal feed.

Automation

Bra Plast AB places a great emphasis on the automation of production. Our machinery conists in particular of injection molding machines from Ferromatik and robots from WEMO.

The material goes directly from the silo to the injection molding machine, through a pipe, and then automatically produces plastic containers and lids. The packaging is stacked in the next stage on the conveyor belt by a robot.
